I did a bit of touching up on Mary Lou and this is how it looks.

What do you think?

You did a better job on this than I did on my 1/48 scale model, :)

What resolution are you working with, Rap?   Seems to me the Japanese kill flags should show up clear, but they look fuzzy to me.

Also, did you freehand the Miss Mary Lou name on the cowl?  There maybe pictures on the net of this bird and you could grab the actual text off of.

Good job, though!    Its a cool color scheme to work with I think.

Rapter have you tried on your PS program yet ?? Take you skin and dip it in there. It doesn't take long, becomes second nature.

He's right Raptor.  I used Serif as well.  It was an easy transition to PSP.

Maybe somebody out there has decal sheet they could scan the "Miss Mary Lou" off of for a starting point.

The model kit I'm talking about is Hasegawa P-47D Razorback 1/48 scale :   http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/hsg/hsg09057.htm

It comes with decal sets for Little Chief and Miss Mary Lou.
