Error on Film View

I am using the film viewer that is downloaded from aces high
When I try to load and view a film I keep getting a
Windows Error Message
Did anybody have this problem and know how to correct this?

I'm not sure if this is right but from what I gather on the Tech forum you can't view a film in the film viewer if the film you're trying to view was made using a different version of the film viewer you are trying to use to view the film.

Since AH2 went live there have been ten revisions so far. Using the current viewer you'll only be able to view films made with version 10.

There is also something messed up with the way the viewer does .avi files too. The guys that like to make movies are always posting about that one. I think HTC will be awhile getting the viewer sorted out as they have other priorities with the game right now.
