Why would you ever want to own a Lab?

Shar-Peis are simply the best looking dog around.

I knew someone with a Sharpe...

Was worthless as a dog, you had to be carefull cause it was to protective, and freaking half blind.

Not to mention ugly as sin.

I will take an even tempered and fun lab any day.

Shar-Pei's will **** yo **** up!

Except mine... she doesn't even look like a damn Shar-Pei anymore except for the head and ears. Her snout is too long and no wrinkles on her body except a few on her face.

Tail curves up, but doesn't flop down. Damn half-breed. Dumb as dirt and real timid. Stinks to high hell too.

I think the intelligence is because when we first brought her home as a pup, she went scurrying through the house and went full force into a glass sliding door.

She still goes full force into screen doors.

Why would anyone want to own anything but a Lab?

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

Bah...if you want to be reallly really tough and really really really cool then get yourself a pitbull.

Sure people will cross the street when they see you and the dog approaching...but that is because you are soooo badass that they dare not come near.

Sure it may snap and tear large chuncks out of your children, but they probably deserve it anyway....especially if they dip into your stash all the time.

Sure you will have to be careful around other dogs as your pit may well decide to kill the other dog...just because.

But...you will be really really tough and really really really cool.
Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain that is pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain

Those are good looking labs.

I will have to post a pic of my lab, I did months ago, with her jumping up at the cam with her ears flying up.

Labs are in my opinion the best breed to own.... The only drawback is the hyperactivity and chewing.

They get over the hyperactivity in 2 or 3 years lol.
