its just great but makes to much noise, so I go for a x800 next time they are supposed to be as good but not that noisy.

Noisy you say?...didnt like the sound of that. Was thinking about that card myslef. Btw.. when you need to replace that card, the x800 will prolly be a budget card so you will be looking at a newer generation. (unless you replace now to get away from the noise)

What brand of 6800 is it? asus? msi? pov?

wht kind of framerates do you get, and at what res?

I hate noise :) guess I am to old. I would guess 35db.
Youre right about the next time, new cards then.
I am thinking of a new motherboard early next year and will prolly go for some pci videocards then. But the card I have now is:

Gainward GeForce 6800GT 256MB GDDR3 AGP, "Ultra/2400",2ns,DVI, Retail
(but I bougth the bulk version they had on sale in July and there is only one fan on mine) But the rest of the card is the same

With 1280-1024 I get about 72fps stable (that is max of my lcd screen)

Ok.

Thats the same resolution I have to use because of my LCD too, and 72 is great :)
