Sortof... general synopsis is this:
It's the present day and America has a team based in Mt Rushmore whose basic mission is to stop the next terrorist disaster. After losing a member, Team America decides they need an actor to infiltrate the terrorist network. After several gratuitous scenes of puppet violence, several scenes of gratuitous poking fun of famous puppet persons around the globe, and one gratuitous puppet sex scene, you discover that Kim Jong Il has been giving his weapons of mass destruction to terrorists in an attempt to bring the western nations down to the 3rd world because he's so 'ronery'. The jokes are raw, the language is foul, and I laughed so hard at times I couldn't watch the movie through the tears.
