I have had this bug 3 times now and have noticed a couple of things.

What you see is the dot at long range - but as soon as the plane would normally form , it goes invisible and does not display an icon. You can't see friendlies either

Other arenas seem to be ok - so it is specific to CT.

You can tell before you take off if you have the problem - check net status - the variance is a flat line at -1 .

The only way I have found to fix it , is to reboot the computer.

I have not installed the patch

this is something i only found in h2h before its called the dot bug.
you fly towards dots but never get to them
when in the ct yesterday i had the same thing
as you say i had to relog to get it back to normal
this also happened to me in the special events arena

I think this is caused by negative levels of Variance in Delay.

Rebooting/repairing connection usually works.

Hehe, playing "chase the dot" in H2H is hard.
