Stutters,minifreezes and framerate drops

Installed the newer version of Adaware last week.

Game was running pretty much flawlessly prior to that.

Since I've installed and run Adaware I'm getting mini freezes, stutters and am back to wild framerate variations.

The last time this was happeniing reinstalling the  game seemed to fix it.
I am holding off on doing this untill the new release of 2.01

Question. Is it possible Adaware is responcable for this?

i dont think Ad aware is the problem ,unless you have the $ paid for verson and its set to auto scan .

I have the freebie verson of 1.06 and it doesnt effect my pc/gameplay at all (it only runs when i ask it to )

1100kbps dsl connect routed by switch w/no firewall  83-91 ping to MA





Could it be the cashe file in the htc folder ??? or a pc hardware /configuration problem?
