New planes, gunsight, etc..  is throwing off a lot of us I think.  I started off 2/1 kill to death ratio this tour, 1.08 hit and I'm below 1/1 now.  Also tons of big furballs now.  It's hard to find that 1 v 1 fight where I used to be able to play my aircrafts advantages off the the enemy's.  I still fight that way, but inevitably the 1 v 1 turns into a furball and good tactics go out the window.  

Regardless, Wotan is a kick-ass pilot, don't even worry about it.

Hey look at it this way, this is a slump for you, I just plain suck at it. SO you will return to greatness and I will just continue on slogging in the crapper.  Ps was great flyin with you the other night deep in enemy territory ghosth  :D

This explains why bomber pilots like me have been habing a great tour. The fighter pilots are all frigged up since the patch!

J/K guys. It does seem though, that the bandits are a bit off these past few days. Why, I've know idea, but I've not "seen the sheep" in a week!

BTW, What the hell is with the sheep of death? WHat's that supposed to be?

first time in ages i have under 1.0 in kill death ratio lolol.
I seems to end up as a handsomehunk most flights specially when flying 262`s and fu4-4`s hehe lost 500 perkis or mabye more in one week hahaha.
guess the old feeling come back soon beside ure a good stick wotan.

Wotan, in the last 2 months I've definitely gone to seed.  This appears to happen about every 6 months or so and I firmly believe confindence is the cause and solution.  You know what you are capable of, so just go out and do it. Easier said than done eh?

Personally I find it most noticable in aiming accuracy, where before I would kill a guy with one burst, I tend to find myself almost (not quite) spraying and praying.

Wotan if ya want some of yer confidence back go to the TA for a bit, that'll make ya feel better fer sure   ;)

I know the feeling Wotan.since 1.08 my frame rate has become choppy at times,I'll be shooting at a plane in front of me when in reality he has already warped to the left or right of me.makes it real hard to get any kills that way.I have good days and bad days,I have seen you fight and you are a good stick, so cheer up my friend,the worm will turn one day for you.   :D

The best cure for a slump is to log into a H2H session and do some furballing. If ya die, who keeers, reup and do it again. FFA cures my slumps every time.

Since 1.08 came out, I sucked.

Upgraded system, went from a max of 18fps to a max of 60fps, minimum of 2 fps to a minimum of 21fps... and now I can shoot, dodge and fly again!

Yeah I guess it's time for an upgrade.my max fr is 23 and in clouds or furball about 8fps.yu just cant be any good with numbers like that.    :(

They actually let you stay in the session? I get booted after I shoot a couple of guys down :)

You can always do what I do when I am in a slump.  Take a 262 (perks?  they always make more) and strafe a vh or fight a Zeke in it.
