Red Sox/Red Moon
« on: October 27, 2004, 05:41:26 PM »
Put on your foil hats baseball fans, the Red Sox are going to finally overcome a near century long curse and win the crown jewel of Baseball, The World Series.

To add a twist of an unearthly nature, it's very possible that at the very moment of the dreaded curses demise, Boston will be in the midst of a total lunar eclipse, rendering the moon which color?,......why, red of course.

Good Luck Sox.

Cardinal's team color is also red.

Go Yaz's team.

Wadda ya kiddin'? The Card have 'em right where they want 'em.

Let's see, they have announced the parade plans, party plans and everyone is talking about what they will do after they win...

Very bad. The Bambino won't like that.

Trust me, every Yankee fan would be glad to have the Yankees lose if Boston drops 4 in a row after being up 3-zip... And don't say it can't happen, 'cause it just did.

If I were a Red Sox fan, I'd be chittin' bricks right now.

Personally, I hope they do break the curse... But, there's always that spectre in the back of the mind. "Them ghosts are watching".

Last year I was worried that the Cubs and Sox would face each other in the World Series. That would surely have signaled that the end of the world was at hand.

Good luck Boston.

Just saw three guys wearing wigs and costume beards walking around the Card's stadium carrying a sign that said, "We're idiots too!"

But, it was obvious that they didn't need the sign.
