Why are we still in Iraq?

Because all of those incidents you listed happened in Iraq, not the US.  The President has made it clear that a prime strategy of our war in Iraq is to fight them on their own territory.

As innocent Muslims feel the actuality of what Islamic terrorism is, and gain a measure of self determination, I think they will make the right choice.

But of course America can do no right in the eyes of the world now can we?

Invading soverign countries on bogus information is a bit risky when your trying for world appreciation. especially when dead babies start being pulled from the rubble of US bombs.

Most are forgetting that it was in fact US policy to enact regime change in Iraq long before Bush ever took office.

and yes, I'd rather fight them over there than here!

but there were no anti US terrorist factions in Iraq prior to 911.
I am not sure where this latest info is comming from.  the sale of the war was to get the WMD's, not fight terrorist on their own soil?  Pakistan and Saudi arabia is the terrorist haven, or was pre 911.

Well If you read the senate intell commitee and the 911 commision's  report there was a relationship between Sadam and AQ.  If you beleive John Kerry Sadam was a threat and needed to be taken out.

SOOOOO we should release Sadam and put him back in charge and just pull everyone out leaving the country in ruins?????

GREAT PLAN!  Yea that will work!

I can see the head lines:  "Sadam Wins"

Remember it how you will, Whitehawk, but don't let your short term memory control your actions.
