Can't connect since 2.01

I'm running Norton Personal firewall but it has never been a problem with new releases before.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  aztec

I too am having problems with start up.
 Ever since the update.
It showed missing .dll  and etc.
 When you try to start the game..do you get any screen boxes
that read missing files etc like mine does?
sorry i cannot help...as i too cannot start...it just changes the
resolution of my desktop after showing splash screen then it goes back to my desktop.
sorry ..i hope someone can help.
 Is it the update thats the problem with the new microsoft direct x
9.0c that just came out that i downloaded..thats when my problem started.

Missing DLL's signify something is not installed correctly or corrupt.  Finding and fixing that problem is a must before trouble shooting can be done.
What DLL's are showing to be missing?
