The reason SEs get shot down is because they will recruit anybody regardless of skill level.  Not saying this is a bad thing at all, just the reason why they get shot down.

i apologise to the SEs, you can tell they really try to do something and if they set their sights on a base they will usually take it.

i was just joking, althou it might be in poor taste

That is true that we recruit anyone over 18 yers old with a mic.  I don't care if you are brand spankin' new to the game.   we try to help out the new guys.

I remember in AW when that squad was the BOP's. When the BOP's formed up they had the sorriest bunch of clowns you ever saw.Not a one of them could get the gear up without a manual,and look at them now.Over 30% can get their gear up by rote. Im kidding of course about the 30%.BOPS were snack food when they started but there quite the crew now.

Aint nothin wrong with that.(Not saying your saying there is)
Games s'possed to be about Fun.
And sometimes your better off having some folks that dont know alot and  bringing them along then having a squad full of experianced Vets.
Less Egos to deal with

Recently started a new Squad myself and I will be doing the same thing.
Would like to get a mix of Vets and new guys together.
Vet will obviously be placed in leadership positions and will each be responcable for bringing the new guys along.

Figger we'll suck at first too.
But if things go the way I see they can.
It will only be a matter of time before we become a formidible opponent and start seeing the ultimate compliment.
Complaints about us here on the boards :D

Yanno I was thinking.
If you remember they came around Jussst a little before EA officially took over.
Was thinking perhaps they were a group of EA Cronies checking out the game before all the lines were signed on the dirty deed.

They also didnt seem to stick around long afterwards either.

They were so terrible though you couldnt dislike them.LOL

im thinking this was last night chaingun?, wish i was there because im one of the only lancers that usually have channel 200 on. the rest ussually are not tuned to that channel, so dont take it personal if they didnt respond, they probably didnt even hear ya!
