Actually I'm pretty happy, Mora. I have someone coming out this afternoon to give me a bid on a 1300 sq. ft. RV garage. :)

EN4RCR, what out for Rip- first it's e-mails, then it's phone calls and, before you know it, he's parked in front of your house at night.  He stalked Creamo so bad the poor guy had to get a restraining order against em. ;)

The poor terrorist in question never knew what hit him. It was a very humane way to go.

Unlike the poor guys who were held for days then had their heads cut off slowly.

Wait I was just checking the news and they have now just reported another innocent school child has been shot according to Iraqi hospital sources.

I guess this guy was not a terrorist after all.

It's called gallows humor.

Did it when I drove a wrecker too. Common among law enforcement and soldiers. Had to be careful about paying attention to who walked into the room when I was a deputy and was talking with others of my profession.

Doctors do it too. You should listen in on doctors and cops after a perp gets shot. Looking at the x-rays and taking bets on which bullet is which, and whether or not there are any bullets left from previous incidents.

I guess it makes sense when you put it that way.  I allways found amusing the Airborn's version of Glory Glory Haleluja.

Quote
Is everybody happy
Said the sergeant looking up
Our hero feebly answered "Yes"
And then they hooked him up,
He jumped into the slipstream,
And he twisted twenty times,
And he ain't going to jump no more.
Chorus:
|: Glory glory what a hell of a way to die,
Glory glory what a hell of a way to die,
And he ain't going to jump no more.

2. He counted loud, he counted long
And waited for the shock
He felt the wind, he felt the air,
He felt that awful drop,
He pulled his lines, the silk came down
And wrapped around his legs
And he ain't going to jump no more.
Chorus:

3. The days he lived and loved and laughed
Kept running through his mind
He thought about the medics
And wondered what they would find,
He thought about the girl back home,
The one he left behind.
And he ain't going to jump no more.
Chorus:

4. The lines all wrapped around his neck,
The D rings broke his dome,
His lift webs wrapped themselves
In knots around each skinny bone,
His canopy became his shroud
As he hurtled to the ground ,
And he ain't going to jump no more.
Chorus:

5. The ambulance was on the spot,
The jeeps were running wild,
The medics, they clapped their hands
And rolled their sleeves and smiled,
For it had been a week or more,
Since last a chute had failed,
And he ain't going to jump no more.
Chorus:

6. He hit the ground, the sound was "splat",
The blood went spurting high,
His pals were heard to say
Oh what a lovely way to die,
They rolled him up still in his chute,
And poured him from his boots,
And he ain't going to jump no more.
Chorus:

7. There was blood upon his lift webs,
There was blood upon his chute,
Blood that came a trickling
From his paratrooper boots,
And there he lay like jelly
In the welter of his gore,
And he ain't going to jump no more.
Chorus:

You gotta get the time frame right Airhead. I have been making fun of Dripsnore for years actually; he didn't stalk, but he did  emailed me once like a vindictive A-hole, when I posted a picture of my wife sitting in the inlet of a 737 engine.

He got so excited she was somehow not worthy of his super white Republican male standards, and that he of course married an red blooded American nurse, he emailed me laughing as if she was a pitiful mail order bride. Unfortunately, Cathy got the email before me. Fool.

But I still let it go.

It's because I can. Pretty easy living.

Save me the Kangaroo old lady pictures Droopy.

Life to too short to worry about things like that. You are happy and that is all that matters.

Nah, nothing like that at all. I was wishing you well on your mail-order bride due to years of your pitful harassment of I on this BBS. Hope you enjoyed the payback. :)

Don't forget, for every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction, when I began that, you backed off. I'd say, yes, you wisely let it go.

Still waiting for my UA stock to go up in price..
