evbonics is new african not Californian.    Californian is the language english speakers use when they want to be understood.

Southern accents are pleasant also..   East coast blue states accents are beyond annoying ranging from braying like donkies to some form of primitive grunting with "dem and dose" being substituted for them and those.

some of the very mild forms of british accents are allmost understandable and kind of pleasant sounding.
