Incapable is not how I would describe it. We're talking about a society in which people are accustomed to being told what to think and told what to do. Women have almost no rights at all. I don't see how they will come to terms with the electoral process and being asked what they think would be the best choice for their country instead of having that decided for them by a tyrant.

this election is for a general assembly. there are alot of candidates.
