Took a coupla months off waiting to get a faster machine to run AH2 better. When I came back, noticed that Bar Dar is grey for both side (no big deal) but that dot dar now only shows friendlies.

I assume that this is on purpose for realism. It does raise a few questions

a) What is now the value of knocking out country-wide or local field radar ?

b) are the field radar towers now just decorations ?

c) ww ii radar was not nearly as accurate as dot dar in the game, but at least it indicated general numbers, vector, altitide. Bar Dar just gives you a general idea of numbers within a 25 sq mile area with none direction, alltitude.

Really just more curious about the above than anything else

I had the same problem.  Are you using ATI drivers?  If so, this is your solution: (Dunno how to just link you to the post, but here's the important text anyway)

Install the latest Catalyst drivers (http://www.ati.com) and be sure to remove the old drivers first. This will correct the problem.

Ati drivers have always seam to cause diffent colours in some applications .. ive seen this since my 1st 2mb monster card ...
