Perks have been off for a while now and in the future if we decide to offer a perk ride then we will reset all perks.

Yanno, if you REALLY wanna heat up a race for perk points, and have alot of fun laughing at people at the same time, dont give us any planes or vehicles to use em on, instead tell everybody for say 2k perk points in any 1 category they get a free hour at a massage parlor at the next convention. And cut the points awarded in half.

Well of course if we were going to do a contest, we'd have to have points reset to 0 first.
