Startup Errors after selecting graphics

Haveing a bit of trouble actually starting Aces High (latest version) ....
After selection the video card - Intel 82810E - the program reports the following error:-

Aceshigh has caused an error in ACESHIGH.EXE
Aceshigh will now close.
If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer.

I am using Windows ME, Directx 9.0c etc
As far as I know the system files etc are all up to date.
Can anyone shed some light on what to do???

if you post up your dxdiag file or email it to support@hitechcreations.com  Skuzzy or one of the others that are here running the intel onboard video will help you out ..

You may need a specific video driver or something
