me thinks this be a trick question. from a certain viewpoint it can only be one country. and no its not the vatican.

My guess would be Brazil. Are you thinking the USA?

Just looked it up, the USA is number 1, Brazil is second. Guess I should have known Maniac intended some slight with his question. If you got something to say Maniac why don't you just come right out and say it? Unlike real life no one is gonna whip yer whiney bellybutton here on this board.
