Offline Multiplayer

Could anyone help me in going over the steps required for Offline multiplayer in setting up a game?  When I try to start a game players on the LAN can see my game but are unable to connect.
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Forge,
 As far as I am aware "Offline" Multiplayer is not possible with Aces High as it stands at the moment. The "Free Multiplayer" (or H2H) option still requires you be connected to the Internet as it goes through the Aces High Server.

(Although if I am wrong on this I am sure someone will jump in and put me right)
