Having trouble.... AH won't start up..

OK,

Everything seems fine from what I can see but after changing out a MB I get the following message in my event viewer:

Faulting application aceshigh.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module aceshigh.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00099a47.

Also, when I reboot my machine it hits me with the MS error reporting going off once per every time I try to launch AH.  I'm guessing this is a video issue but I'm having no trouble with any other game or app at the moment.  I'm running a 9800 pro AIW with the latest Omega drivers but also tried the Stock ATI drivers to the same result.  Any ideas?

Could be a BIOS setting your computer doesnt like.  If your new MOBO has adjustable Thermal Throttling settings, make sure its not too high and check your temps.  The throttling will make your CPU skip clock cycles to try to cool down if its getting warm, and the higher the setting the more cycles it skips.  This can make processor dependent programs hang and/or crash.  Not likely unless your MOBO allows changing the setting, most dont.  Also can try checking your RAM.  Barring any physical problems, make sure your processes are looking good and you dont have anything hogging CPU resources.  Again, that would make a CPU dependent program like AH crash.  If all that checks out send Skuzzy yer DxDiagnostic report.  Luck to ya!
