2 words - jail time

I don't care how good your reason is... If you kick a dude in the head when he's lying on the ground covering up, in front of both a cop and a reporter with a camera, you're going to jail dude. 2 years for assault, add on another for a TSTL (too stupid to live) violation.

If I was the dude on the ground getting kicked in the head, I'd also go for the big civil suit payoff. Why not?

he was not charged, not suspended form the team, and not suspended from school either.... in fact here is a quote from him:

On a postive not it does look as though football players are starting to get a bit smarter. I mean it used to be these guys would fight each other with their helmets on. You would see two idiots punching each other in the helmets thinking they are accomplishing something, and in the past two fights ive seen in football the helmets were off. Good job football players your not such big dumb goons anymore. Although I cant say much, I was a wrestler and we comprise probably the biggest group of dimwits in sports.

Sounds like a typical representation of his generation... I do many things good so if I assault someone or otherwise act like a social degenerate and they don't punish me, then it's ok. And anyone suggesting I should be punished is just trying to keep me down, the bastards.

Sometimes I wish I had time to be a vigilante, because I think I'd be pretty good at it... People like this make me ill and the system that encourages him need changing or our whole society becomes as degenerate as he is. Of course shooting him would make me as bad as he is, but at least I wouldn't be on the news telling everyone how great I am for getting away with kicking some dude in the head while he's down.
