I deleted my account back in October when I lost my job. Now I'm starting a new job and want to re-open my account. How do I do that and keep my old User ID, or do I need to just create a new User ID?

Just open a new account .. then email your info to Jo-Ann at htc ,beshure to include bribes and She'll release your old in game handle and you can get it back.
