Iraq video song

Does anyone know the name of the song played in a video compiled in Iraq.  Basically it was buy a guy riding a bike.....wearing a mullet wig among other things?

could be either one.  I know it starts out with a cool base drum but I'm looking for the song title.

That vid is pretty old right?  If it's the one I'm thinking of, then it was Renegade by Styx.
