First one out is a video of a B52 R/C model with 8 gas turbines. Check it out!
More videos of the same plane.

Next one is a video of a indoor flying R/C plane of the "slow flyer" 3D class. Quite amazing, check it out. Here's another one you have to see.

Last one is with a Spitfire, looks like a MkIX (?), granted some of you must have seen it already, it's a buzz.

You can order one from Darrol Cady. It's named 'FoamtanaS' and is a electric 3D "shockflyer". It's very lightweight and you can fly it indoors, just don't have any expensive vases or paintings etc in the room. :lol

While I salute the flying skill of these modelers...given enough power, even a brick will fly or hover.

I guess I've just never understood the attraction of these 3-D models...if you want to fly vertically and hang on the prop, get a helicopter.

The latest take on 3-D flying involves controlable-pitch and reversable-pitch propellors. Instead of hanging from the prop, this new tech allows the model to stand on the prop, or literally fly backwards.
