Would like to learn how to set waypoints for squady missions in MA.If anyone can help me i would surely be grateful.

After creating the flight in the mission builder, use a right mouse buttom click on the table map for setting waypoints up.  Be sure to read this thread about creating and joining missions, some helpful stuff in there. http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/Forum2/HTML/000591.html
