King of the Chair
Apparently there are quite a few out there who are really putting real time and effort into their skill development in this area and have not had the opportunity to be recognised in a tournament environment.
Perhaps using the Baltic or one of the large water maps, enough fleets could be put in there , say 1 ship and 3 support vessels per fleet.
Might have to be restricted to say 20 entrants due to frame rate issues etc.
Winner would be the first to win 3 frames.
Some simple rules would be enough
- 8 Hour time limit per frame.
- No running , you must engage your fleet if engaged by another fleet
- No planes
- Players are not allowed to artificially restrain their trigger, while not sitting in the chair ( ie duct tape ect ) Perhaps webcam could be used to enforce this rule. This of course is mainly to prevent players having a nap etc endurance and high boredom tolerance are key attributes from a likely winner.
Perhaps one of the CM's could take this on in the new year ?
