films will generally show "warps" indicated by extreme angled trails, as well as stretched trails. it doesn't always indicate *whose* end the warp was on, especially if only 2 of you are in the film.
you almost never see your own warps because the film smooths it out for you.
but let's say there's 3 of you in view, if both akak and the 3rd guy showed warpage, then it's most likely your end. if only akak showed, and not the 3rd guy, then it'd be his end.
now if akak says he saw warping, it could have been on either one of your's end. whose? open for debate without reviewing both films and preferrably at least a 3rd plane in view.
i know akak well enough that he wouldn't claim non-existent warping as an excuse for a loss. so i'm sure *he* saw some, but again on whose end it occured is open for debate.
just my .02 based on experience.
when i see warpipng, the first thing i try to do is check netstat to see what mine is looking like. sometimes it's simply the server hosing numerous people, as evidenced by a weird step-jag.
