Although I neither speak french (german here) nor fly fighters I'd be glad to give you a introduction the the game - what callsign do you use in the arena?

I think I saw you online today saintaw, hadn't read your post yet

When I'm online (mostly 8pm-11pm gmt) I'll be glad to lend you a hand...

You can also just ask when online, some terrific people fly here who can realy show you the ropes...

Buffs: both Azrael and 214CaveJ are excellent teachers and have alot of experience
Fighters: So many guys are 'experten' but talk to lephturn, Leonid, fats, hollywd if you see them they will surely take the time to teach you the ropes.

I'm also willing to help anyone with bombing in buffs and gunning. I'm not too good at fighters, need a trainer myself :P

Thanks all
Well my AH handle would be ... Straffo_EAF329   (or Straffo if available)

I will try online today 19/01/2000 around 21:00 GMT (I'm in GMT +1)

Would be nice if I take off
I've trouble with the sensibilité of my joystick : I keep hearing the stall warning even when I'me steady at 150 mph in level flight

What's a buff ? I don't know all the pilot slang ...

Straffo, and welcome to the wonderful world of AH

I introduced Moose to AH about a month ago, but I haven't seen him online in a while.  You might want to email him and ask if he is able to help you. I know AH is more fun with a squadmate

There's always lots of europeans online in the evening, I'm sure they'll be glad to help.  But before you do anything else, I suggest you read Indian's tutorials to get you over the first obstacles (radio use and basic aircraft controls).

Have fun, cya tonight!

Grey      ch 1 --> Global
Green     ch 2 --> Team
Purple    ch 3 --> Team in sector
Red       ch 4 --> Squad

Yellow    ch 110-125 --> Element
(I'm not positive on the exact channel ranges - But works only for team players tuned to that channel)

White     ch Player_Id --> Private or Wing

Blue      ch ?? --> God
(This is usually when HiTech or Pyro enter the game for annoucements or for Q&A)

Note:  Blue "God" text mode is generally the only time to Q&A --> If Hitech or Pyro are any other text color --> Don't bug them, let them fly

Good Luck!
