 got it today.

On rubber bullits. The guns work    . You guys have been playing a whole different game than me. I no longer have to make tracking shots with the 1c. One burst at 300 yrds and poof . Only had problems with one plane. I assume it was his connx. I hosed his 6. than he came around and i lit him up point blank in an HO. Did nt hurt him at all.

On the minus side. I have a lot of microwarping. But I can live with that as long as the guns work.

It's my turn to whine cannon, I wrote some new debuging code for 1.02 just to isolate what was happening with your bullets. Alas won't get to test it with you.

(and im not kidding)

HiTech

What was that in those other posts about "these guys don't listen?"

In what other ACM sim would this happen?

Swap "if pilot("CANNON").shot = blnMISS", "if pilot("Pongo").explode = blnBOOM"
then we could really figure some interesting stuff out....

Report on DSL

Well I don't know about cable around here but I'm sold on this DSL line. For one it's plugged into the uplink port of my Lan Hub.
All 3 machines on the lan have blistering web speed, awesome downloads, and pretty good connects to HTC.

HiTech, question for you please.
What can I do to so that I can recieve UDP packets? As it is within a minute of logging in I get the "switching to tcp mode" msg.

Also I've noticed a few disco's this week but thats USWest's fault not HTC. Some hangup down in Minneapolis.

Would I do it again? In a heartbeat.
Am I a better pilot because of it? nope

RATS!!! Dirty Rats!!! all of ya,

Here I am, in the middle of California, a mere 4 hours away from "Silicon Valley" itself, and I have to connect to HTC with a Campbell's Chicken and Stars can and twine    I"ll be upgrading for more bandwith soon though, I just bought can of Foldgers Coffee.
