For your throttles, you can invert the axes as needed as long as they show up in the list on the menu screen with the scalings boxes. There's a check box at the top of the settings screen.
Enable Throttle2 in 'Select Joystick' panel, then invert the axes in 'Settings' panel.
FWIW, AH2 totally wrecks warbirds IMHO. You will finally know ACM's (or at least have a chance to know them). WB's mushstick coding screwed the pooch.
And the AH voice is flawless. No external apps, no forgotten server addresses. It just works.
