In as much as I was home undergoing medical treatment for the entire time there
wasnt much better to do.
In the case of OJ there was alot of plausible alternatives to the evidence.
The glove that didnt fit.
The Furman credibility issue and others.
In that case although I whole heartedly beleive he did it. according to the law I also would have had to find him not guilty
In the Peterson case.
The defence wasn't able to successfully debunk a single piece of evidence.
Even their expert fell apart on the stand under cross examination.
and somehow I dont think that she was possibly "kidnapped by a cult" is a very plausible alternative
2 cases both men guilty only 1 man found guilty.
1 case that was fubared almost from the start by law enforcement and poorly prosecuted in trial
1 case where law enforcement did everything right and brilliantly built and prosecuted their case
