Skuzzy question in regards to film viewer

I've been having a problem opening a film that I was sent by TW9. He sent me the film multiple times and I am unable to get it to open. I'm getting the screen that says Ahfilm.exe has encounterd a problem and needs to close... ect ect...

But, here is the kicker. I sent the film to stream. THe same one that wouldnt open for me, and it worked fine for him.

So i figured I'd download AH again along with the film viewer. Reinstall... No luck..

Any ideas?

Do you have the map that the film was recorded on?

You need it for viewing the film.

I had just figured I had all the maps, but I never did check that!
