I thought Oscar at first also, but the nose is wrong, the tail is wrong, and I've never seen those markings on an Oscar before.  Ive never seen a pic of a complete one before, but maybe an A7M?

 It does look like picks I have sean of Japanese Sights, I used to have a link to a page that had those images on it but I cant seam to fin it now.
