Both Colin Powell and Condoleeza Rice stated categorically in press briefings just prior to 9/11 (one of them in Feb 01, the other in Aug 01) that the sanctions against Iraq were working and that they had no weapons capability whatsoever, or words to that effect.

Will you liberals stop whinning!!!  All major combat operations were over over a year ago!!!

Who cares if we where wrong about the reason why we did it, we succeeded in toppling a foreign dictator without the support of most of the rest of the world!

Sorry, it wont be shown on televison. Press will not be allowed either. really sucks. I would like to see what kinda defence one of the most notorius, now alive, Dictators would put up.

I admit I am a bit let down by it all.........

The good news is we can say with conclusive finality that uncle saddam had no WMDs afterall.
