Hardness of the convoys
« on: January 15, 2005, 09:38:33 PM »
Howdy Daddog ~S
I have a question on the hardness of the road convoys. Last night Dux's squad had some direct hit on their targets and no destroyed messages were recorded. He had one member stay around after the rest left and was straffin the convoy to no effect.

My squad also had a similar experience with our targets, but not to the extent of Dux's targets.

1. Is the explosion radius of the 500lb bombs reduced?
2. Is the convoy/train damage set higher?
3. Can .50 cal weapons kill convoy targets?
4. Does the 500lb bomb have to land directly on the convoy to induce damage?

Which convoy? Could be a bug.

1. Neg can't adjust the explosion radius.
2.We can't change the hardness of the trains or convoys.
3. Oh yes..put a solid stream on one and .50's will do it.
4. Neg... near hit should do it.

I will check with Dux. Sounds like you guys should have another target or two to your credit. ;)
