I can deal with it in reasonable doses, like in Doritos or Beef Jerkey, or any of the million other things you'll find it in. But whenever I've run into a Chinese resturaunt that uses it, it just squealing kills me...raging headache and a fine day of abdominal cramps that keep me on the floor in the fetal position praying for death. Fortunately, I think 99.9% of Chinese resturaunts have quit using it.

yeah I can deal in stuff like doritoes etc. Some of the local safeways put it on their deli meat. Thats kills me.

Freshchoice does it in some of their restaurants as well.
