Keep the Vulching to the Main Arena , PLEASE !

Well, I've been spending 80% of my flying time in the Training Arena lately (Leearning Jabo attacks with the Typhoon mostly...). and I noticed 2 things :
-Vulches (85% done with an Ostwind on the Runway).
-Insults (When you ask those "Vulchers" to Stop...well, the feedback is, shall we say, Coarse...)

It is our Responsability, (when I say OUR, I mean everyone's...) to Keep the Training arena as free as possible of those incidents... No one likes to be vulched

Had an incident with "Sling" who had been vulchinng helpless newbies for an Hour, after they EXPLICITLY asked him to stop... At 1st, as I am not of the Training corps, I decided to shut up...then "the Mustard came up my nose" (No, not like Ripsnort's...) & at 1st I asked him to Stop & explained why. I was answered several things on my anatomy, sex life & my mother...

Sling now know what Being Vulched Means, as I spent the next 1/2 hour with him, being my only Target...(Sigh, I wish I had streaks like those in the MA...)


HTC, maybe you could get the font of the "Welcome message" a little Bigger ?

Well SAW if there's soebody that just will not stop even when asked, you should prolly change fields .. i do that mostly when i'm in a 1 on 1 with a student and not in te A1 FFA mode...

and besides if you're training JABO attack you should pick that OW as easy as you keeeled me yesterday after our anti OW training session

Saw, if you are having problems with someone not playing by the rules in the training arena, please document it.  Take some screenshots or film and send the info on to me.  I'll take it up with Pyro and we'll get something done about it.

Problem is alot of the flakpanzer vulchers are people who just downloaded the game and found out that they can't point and shoot with an airplane . And they could'nt care less about learning how to fly one. Little can be done to them becuase they have no intention of paying $30 a month after their two week trial period is up anyway . It was just a free download break from their schoolwork for them .

Still, the "Welcome" message is easily passed over, none of the poeple present in TA at the moment even bothered to have a look at what it said, if you ask me...

I don't know if there is a way to boot players, but I think you under 'arena settings' can "Lock" the game after the people you want have joined.

Maybe you should try to start new topic to see if others know. It almost gets lost in here.
