Knight? Oh yeah, blood, raw meat, shiny armor, snorting steeds, clang of swords and lances, fair maidens, tour the countryside at the King's expense ... the funnest things happen at Knight ....

Can i hear the part with the maidens in more detail?

I am happy to be knight... wouldnt stand a chance against the rest of my squad and when i am rook or bish i would have to fight against them.

Must be horrible to be squeezed out by three spitfires at a time.....

this is silly.

i usually fly for rooks, but all so often i switch countries and fly for knoghts\bishops.

all i can say is that its all the same. there are no X type persons at knights and Y type persons at rooks.
you simply cant generalize a country as "bla bla bla"

that being said i cannot belive people refusing to switch countries to balance numbers, the idea of swear loyalty to a chess piece is just idiotic.

I agree with FB.

If it would have been a Axis vs Allies setup and we had RP aspects in the game then yes I could see why people would refuse to swich.

Also swiching sides is quite healthy as you get to know the people on the other side of the gun. Which makes you broaden your horizon a bit. Next time you fight the guy you flown with the other day you might go "oohh I killed , he is a nice guy and a good pilot" then you send him a few whispers and have a good laugh about the fight together.

First of all at one time or another 1 side has advantage in numbers. Right now its bishops 89  knights 41  rooks  39 this is 2 pm eastern.

The way most resets are done on big maps is , 1 team will help another reset. Like this morning, nits 50 bishops 23 rooks 24 who do rooks mostly hit Bishops, Just like last Saturday bishops  are 20 bases away from reset. Rooks are 50 bases behind Bishops, out of 60 rooks on   50 hitting   knights, When asked why its "my 15 dollars so stfu".  I don't think I have ever seen a big map reset with one team in lead having to fight both sides same time.

Now If seen bish in past do same thing  hitting underdog.  Hitting team about to be reset when your side will not even come close to winning reset. Is dumb really dumb if after you do this you come to boards and whine about 1 teams numbers.

Now last saturday I and few very few rooks were asking other rooks why you hitting knights, And the old STFU my 15 dollars. So after about 1 hr of watching this I went knights. I do not fly rook to help bishops win and would not fly rook to help knights win. But that's just me.

Err, I can generalize it all I want.  Know why?

Because everytime I fight against rooks I see the same lameness.  (yet somehow, I'm dumb enough to forget why I hate the rooks every single time).
