ok.

so far so good.

i am drinking bucketloads of water and i can almost feel the crap coming out of my pores.

im a little grouchy and somewhat anxious, but optimistic....i cant wait to wake up in the morning and not have my chest feel like its was runover by a garbage truck.

god, why did i start in the first place?

first goal.  one week.  should be easy to recommit, but much easier to swallow in small incriments.

Good luck man..I hope you can do it, it will be the best thing you have done to help yourself.  I smoked for like 25 years and have now been smoke free for 7....When I quit the last time I went to the Doctor and got the prescription for Zyban and have not looked back.  If you need to "chat" or talk it through let me know.

Keep up with the water, its good for you anyway...

And when you have the urge to have a smoke just tell yourself that you don't do that any more......best of luck...

After 72 hours, things should start getting better - its gonna take a good 2 weeks to feel human again, but after 72 hours you are definitely over the hill.

<--3 weeks 2 days.

Probably.  Sorry, you aren't my type.  I prefer girls with at least a double digit IQ.

Yup you can do it. It hurts a lot less than having your rotator cuff (sp?) torn., breaking your pinky, or shattering your knee cap. In the end the only problem is they are so readily available.  But it don't hurt that bad - you can do it, and you only have to do it once.

Rotator cuff came from a very poor golf swing, pinky came from a very poor football catch and a cousin helping me up (OUCH!!!), kneecap came from break dancing - literally.
