Have the same problem with the new patch, downloaded the debrix wav file and still no change.




nvidia 5200 128 megs of ram
2.4 mhz amd proc.
512 megs ram
80 gig hd

Make sure you are running the 61.77 drivers from NVidia.

Skuzzy, downloaded and intalled 61.77 drivers from NVidia. unfortunately when this was done my computer would not change video settings to anything but 4 bit color. had to dump 61.77 and go back to prior drivers to get the colors back. Can you think of anything I could or should have done or is this the end of AH for me, As I do not know that much about computers and do not want to mess up my computer just to play this game

Skuzzy, finally got NVidia 61.77 loaded right but still have same results, start menu comes up, arena menu comes up, looks like it is loading right then current map download if applicable does its thing then the preload tex starts and then looking at ICONs again with Error message. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has nothing to do with the Video drivers. All I did to get the error off was to delete all the old AH and the download the new. It works fine now.
