windows will only launch in safe mode.
it was fine yesterday, and I havent made any changes, but this morning there was a brief power outage that lasted for about 10 seconds before the power came back, so Im guessing something probably got fried.
what do i need to do now?
system restore doesnt do anything, and neither does launching with last known good configuration
running windows xp home sp2 btw
