Is there any place I can go to download all the skins available to as not to get skins downloaded while I'm playing???

Try that.
Also, you can use skins on your plane and disable it on others if system requirements are low. They definately add another dimension to the game.

Believe it or not, having those skins arrive during the game affects game play. A lot better now. thanks again.
