HiTech, I lost the original thread, where you asked that we tell you what time we lost vox and if .resetv worked.
Well, here goes:
Wednesday night:
Lost all sound, not just vox, used .resetv to restore. Got sound back, but somewhat muted. Two minutes later, CTD. Time: 8:15PM Central. And again, about 8:30. And again about 8:45. And again about 9. As a side note, all missions involved here were from 169 to 168. After I logged this post, I neither lost vox/sound, nor had a CTD, it's now 11:15PM Central.
For what it is worth, I did not lose any sound at all Saturday. I lost all sound once Sunday, .resetv restored it with muted sound, sound came back fully on its own a few minutes later. Lost vox again Sunday, .resetv never worked at all. Lost vox and sound several times Monday, .resetv worked okay. Only flew a short time Tuesday, no problems.
Before the version 2.02, I don't remember ever losing sound, or having CTD issues. But BOY do I have them now. As time goes on, it gets worse and worse. I have also experienced a couple of CTD's from full joystick deflection left or right for ailerons or GV turns.
Again, sorry I can't find the original thread. Hope the information helps, and I know you guys are working on it. I LOVE the new graphics, and the "new" P-38's, thanks. If you can just cure the sound/vox/CTD thing it'd be great.
