That is one to tow around aircraft. This would be handy for all those times your engines are dead and you roll two inches off the end of the runway with kills to land. Or to speed up the whole rearm pad thing for some people. You wouldn't get any perks for this, just one of the helping out your fellow man thing. Or hell, maybe you would get a little points although I don't know how you would score it.
