offline time don`t move on - please help

when I change the offline-time, it is frozen. How can I fix it???

Changing the time is done by the command

.time xx yy zz

X is the hour (24-hour variant)
Y is the minutes (00-60)
z is the time multiplier (1 is real time)

So if you type

.time 15 30 60

The time will be 3:30 PM and time will go 60 times normal (1 second real time will be 1 minute in game)

People with CM (I forgot what it stands for) authority can change these settings in the special events arenaes to help set up for the scenarios.
They got this "power" because they applied for it at the time openings where announced in the group.
They can't change the time online in the Main Arena. Only Hitech or other of the HTC-staff can do this.
