I just updated the BIOS to revision 1009, and it seems to have wiped all my memory/bus frequencies and multipliers, or at least set them to defaults. Far better than roasting the chips, but it leaves me with the problem of setting them back to whatever they were at, or maybe even tweaking them a bit for better performance.
Seeing as this PC was put assembled and setup by friend who now lives 180 miles away, I'm not terribly sure what the multipliers and such were. I've looked online, but I'm a little leary of using settings laid out by folks I don't know, especially since I have no use for a large black paperweight (which i fear my tower would then become).
It seems that this is a fairly common board, and lots of folks like the AMD stuff, and seem quite familiar with their products. Having (hopefully) buttered you guys up, I'd like some input regarding memory frequencies and clock multiplier settings that would give me a nice, stable machine, and maybe even get it running a bit faster.

Not sure if there's any other relevant information I should post here, but please let me know if there is.
Thanks for your input and attention to my hardware concerns.
Cheers,
