Pictures are fairly easy to find. On my site I've got a link to another page with a few shots of US planes. Just hit my siggy link, punch up the links and click on the P-38. Then again screen shots always work!
A note for you, never embed sounds to auto-play on a web site. For most people it's annoying as all hell to have this corny MIDI start playing. Especially if they use Quicktime, since it takes a year and a day to finally load.
There's no such thing as a web site plug-in. You embed things by using customized little tags in the code. If you really want to learn this stuff, read a few "How To..." pages on web sites. Here's a few links to get you started:
