How does one join a squad for these scenarios?  My MA squad is not really interested in flying the squad ops or SEA, but I am.  If a squad is short and is willing to give me a try, I am available.  I am a highly capable JABO pilot and can hold my own in a fighter and bomber most days (some days better some days worse)

Sounds like you need to find a squad you like to fly with. If you don't want to change. You only need to get a few guys from yours to join up each week...

Keep in mind that your membership in a squad ops squad has no impact on your membership in an MA or CT squad.  Each of these squad databases are separate.

If you decide to join as a new squad, the minimum commitment for a squad is 4-6 pilots which means, with the allowances, you can fly with as few as 2 or as many as 8 and be within your attendance requirement.

As you've found out, it's easy to find a squad to fly with.  Good decision to post here!  :aok

jdpete there are a lot of excellent squads in Squad Ops that would gladly take on more pilots. Almost all of them I would give a thumbs up to.

Go here to look them over and contact the C.O.'s and X.O.'s

I thought I would also point out that all squads have up to two "guest" slots that they can use for interested parties.  I remember when I first was introduced to Squad Ops, I made arrangements for myself and a squadmate to fly with the Arabian Knights just to see what it was like.  Just contact any of the squad leaders, and ask them if you can join their squad as a guest.  I am sure most would be happy to have you along.
