HDD Smart Error
« on: February 25, 2005, 10:18:06 PM »
Hi,
The hard drive on this POS is farting out SMART errors everytime I boot it up. I have
an extra 40GB HDD new in the box. I know I can swap it and make the new drive  a boot drive and install WIN XP on it.  I can probably get the old drive to work as a slave I would imagine. So, other than backup crap I can just copy over......what's the best way to get the software onto the new drive without having to reinstall everything?

Thanks,
Woof   :(
